This machine features complete functions, capable of welding high and low segments, helical segments, and AB segments, adapting to different blade designs. The automatic welding centering function is preset before shipment, ensuring high side clearance accuracy without on-site adjustments. A high-precision indexing plate automatically indexes according to the preset number of teeth, ensuring consistent and accurate welding positions for each segment. The user-friendly interface allows one‑click recall of common specifications, reducing setup time.

Automatic loading/unloading and continuous production

From automatic loading and unloading of the blade body to automatic feeding of the segments, the entire process is fully automated. Operators only need to perform initial setup and monitoring, and the machine continuously executes welding tasks, significantly reducing manual intervention – providing the foundation for 24/7 continuous operation. With optimized servo and control response, welding speed is increased by approximately 30% compared to traditional systems, meeting the cycle time requirements of mass production. Compared with high-frequency welding, laser welding features highly concentrated energy.
