Core technical features
High-performance laser welding system: Equipped with a 3KW IPG fiber laser, the welding power is typically less than 1.7KW, with concentrated heat input, high weld strength and minimal deformation, significantly improving the saw blade's cutting life and stability.
Fully automated production process: with automatic loading and unloading, automatic centering and high-precision indexing functions (based on the number of segments), supporting one-button operation, reducing manual intervention and improving production consistency and efficiency.
Low thermal damage process: The temperature of the segment during welding is below 300°C, and the heat-affected zone is only about 2mm (reduced by more than 80% compared to high-frequency welding), protecting the activity of the diamond layer and avoiding performance degradation caused by high temperature.
Wide range of segment profile compatibility: It can weld various complex segment profiles such as high & low segment, oblique segment, AB segment, etc. The segment sizes cover 20-40mm (length), 3.5-10mm (thickness), and 8-20mm (height), adapting to various production needs.
Equipment advantages
Energy saving and material saving: Laser welding does not require silver/copper welding sheets. The total power of the equipment is 5.5KW, which saves about 50% energy compared to high-frequency welding and has lower overall costs.
