High-precision welding and intelligent correction: Equipped with a four-axis CNC optical system, it supports automatic weld correction, can compensate for barrel deviation of ±0.5mm, and has good welding consistency.
High-efficiency and energy-saving production: short welding time (taking 24mm segment as an example, only about 2 seconds), no cooling required, production efficiency more than doubled compared to high-frequency welding, and low overall energy consumption.
Excellent welding quality: The thermal damage range of laser welding is only about 2mm, the temperature of the segment is below 300°C, the welding torque reaches 22-25N (about 30% higher than high-frequency welding), and the drill bit has stable performance in both wet and dry applications after welding.
