Core technical features

High-precision automated welding: Infrared is used to automatically detect the welding position, and a servo indexing system (Delta) is used for precise positioning. It supports single-station vertical welding and dual-station mobile worktables, with strong welding consistency and an efficiency of up to 14,000-24,000 pcs/8 hours.

Full-process automation design: Integrates separate guide rails to feed the segment, pneumatically clamp the segment, and automatically applies flux and cuts the welding piece. Optional robot loading and unloading enables one person to manage multiple devices, significantly reducing manual intervention.

Intelligent control and flexible operation: PLC servo control system with touch screen interface, all welding parameters (such as power, time) can be digitally set and stored, supporting rapid changeover and adaptive adjustment, simple and easy to operate.

Strong compatibility and scalability: Covers the welding of saw blades with diameters of 200–500mm (CYNH-1-2) and 500–1600mm (CYNH-1-3); can expand modules such as dust collection, vibration plate, and visual inspection to meet diverse production needs.
